I [Rich Melanson] believe this to be the son of William Symes and Elizabeth Hill, but can not prove it at this time. His son Zachariah, born in London has George William McKinney as a relative as shown in the 1992 Edition of the International Genealogical Index for London County, England. Also in Henry Upson Sims' book, I can not remember the page number and I have so much information on Sims that I stored the information I had all ready put into my computer, he states that Lady Jane Pole, married second, Sir William Pole, stated the she had a brother named Zarchariah, another brother named William as well as her father's name being William.
