Phebe was the 9th of 11 children born to her parents. I have also seen her birth date as 4/20/1746 and 1753.
Phebe's parents were one of the first families to settle in the Clarendon, VT, area in 1769. She would have been about 22 yrs. at the time and married Daniel Marsh within a couple of years.
