BIOGRAPHY: per e-mail from Ian Goldingham of New Zealand dated 3 Jun 2001:
Eldest son of Thomas Goldingham of Ipswich. He inherited Goldingham Hall (Bulmer, Suffolk) and the manor of Lexden in Essex. He sold Goldingham Hall to Sir Stephen Soame for 1800 pounds in 1599 ending 500 yrs of family ownership! Christopher married Elizabeth Alleyne of Hatfield Peverille, Essex. Their children were Edward son and heir, Elizabeth and Mary both mentioned in the Visitations.
