A LDS source claims that Elizabeth's parents were Solomon Huntington & Anna Denison, and that Eliz. was born in Windham Co., CT. This is doubtful.
Another source on the Web, which gives a history of Sutton, Quebec, says that Elizabeth was the dau. of Wm. Huntington. I also question this.
In a book, THE BAPTISTS IN UPPER & LOWER CANADA, p. 158, it gives a short biographical sketch of Rev. William Marsh and says this of his wife, Elizabeth. "William married Elizabeth, the daughter of Simon Huntingdon, also a loyalist, who had fled to Canada." I tend to go with this account as factual.
Elizabeth's father, Simon, Jr. and brother, Wm., probably went to Quebec together and were Loyalists.
One descendant says she was b. 1771.
